Mat is a passionate civil engineer who worked his way up in the industry from trainee to general management roles and consulting.
He saw a gap in the market for a commercially driven consultancy that could create value at every stage of a project’s development lifecycle.
Mat established INGENIUS and IPS™ not only to deliver outstanding projects to the industry but to enable the growth and development of the next generation of engineers, as his way of giving back.
